Hotel and travel information:

The conference hotel is the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront (700 Aliceanna St, Baltimore, MD 21202), which is located on the historic Inner Harbor just blocks from the National Aquarium, the U.S.S. Constitution, and adjacent to Little Italy. For more information, check out the tourist information HERE. You can make your reservations with the special AABA rate of $229/night (plus taxes and fees).

(Free) Childcare:

Register by March 1: Childcare is available for all registered attendees of the HBA Baltimore program, whether or not you are presenting. "Camp AABA – An Adventure for Kids" will be open Wednesday, March 12 from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Thursday & Friday from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Children of any age are welcome. However, those six years and older participating in Camp AABA should be vaccinated against COVID-19. If a vaccine waiver is needed, please contact AABA President Leslea Hlusko.

Taming Toddlers will provide childcare services, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for your children. To register, email  tamingtoddlersllc@gmail.com with: Your full name, phone number, and email, Your child(ren)’s name(s) and age(s), Dates/times childcare is needed, any special instructions/needs, mention that you are attending the HBA/AABA conference in Baltimore. The registration deadline is March 1 to secure a spot.
